Forging Flow, a freestyle dance series focused on honing improvisation skills with the pole. Participants can expect a diverse range of music and prompts in a welcoming environment suitable for all levels. Come prepared with heels, layers of clothes, and socks for an immersive experience. Series Begins June 20th
