Pillars of Pole 1
SATURDAYS | BEGINNER SERIES
Class Description
Learn the basics through a dance forward approach. A classic beginner pole series that focuses on learning the foundational moves with a dance driven motivation. Over the course of 4 weeks, we will focus on strength building, grip control all while learning transitional dance sequences. You will be prepping to execute your climb, you will learn how to connect different movements and you will learn moves that are commonly seen in low flow style.
