Soft Steel Sanctum Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: March1, 2025
By booking classes, purchasing services, or attending the studio, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Soft Steel operates on a seasonal study model. Enrollment is commitment-based and spaces are intentionally limited. Because studies are small and structured progressively, policies are designed to protect the rhythm of the sanctuary and the students enrolled within it.

Enrollment secures your space for the full monthly study.
Soft Steel does not offer drop-in classes.
Spots are non-transferable and held specifically for the enrolled student.

If a series does not meet capacity by the enrollment deadline, it will be rotated into a future season. Enrolled students will be notified and offered:
• Transfer to another available study (potential to have a new series replace previous series)
or
• Studio credit
Offerings rotate as needed.

Late arrivals will not be admitted for safety reasons.
