How many people can attend a pole rental?

Pole rentals are limited to a maximum of three (3) people per session. All participants must be registered in advance. Additional guests or observers are not permitted.

Can we teach, coach, or help each other during a rental?

No. Pole rentals are for independent practice only. Teaching, coaching, instruction, or guided sessions are not permitted during rental time.

What is the cancellation policy?

Pole rentals require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.

Are pole rentals guaranteed once booked?

No. Pole rentals are offered on a limited basis and are approved at studio discretion to maintain a focused, respectful environment.

Do all participants need to be Soft Steel students?

No. Only the primary renter needs to be an active Soft Steel student to receive student pricing. Guest participants are welcome under a student booking and must follow all studio policies.

Can someone come just to watch?

No. Observers are not permitted during pole rentals. All attendees must be registered participants.

What qualifies as an active Soft Steel student?

An active student is someone enrolled in a Soft Steel membership, series, or private lesson within the past 60 days.

Are rentals intended for rehearsals or group practice sessions?

No. Soft Steel is a curriculum-driven studio. Rentals are structured for quiet, intentional practice, not rehearsals or social gatherings.
