WHAT TO EXPECT
Pillars of Pole: Foundations is for beginners as well as those who have taken a bit of a hiatus from pole and are ready to come back but need a slight refresher. Learn the basics through a dance forward approach. A classic beginner pole series that focuses on learning the foundational moves with a dance driven motivation. Over the course of 4 weeks, we will focus on strength building, grip control all while learning transitional dance sequences. Also great for those who aren't brand new to pole dancing but are new to Soft Steel Sanctum and our methods. Join us has we brush of the cobwebs and get you back on the pole as effortlessly as possible. You will be prepping to execute your climb, you will learn how to connect different movements and you will learn moves that are commonly seen in low flow style.
